Most investments fail because the downside is unsolved. Ours is. The €17.6M building does not disappear if the venture studio underperforms, it converts. We have already identified a profitable second use that fits the local market with surgical precision.

In the conversion scenario, the property operates as a boutique hotel for North European expats, Dutch, British, German, Belgian, visiting the Costa Blanca to buy property, secure residency, and settle in. The same building. A different program. A working asset either way.
